DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A GOOD COMPANY & A GOOD INVESTMENT

To have a successful investment, that GOOD STOCK has to come at a GOOD PRICE as well. If you get a good stock at a bad price (overpriced) then you have no room for error (Margin Of Safety) and you won't have that much Upside for your investment and therefore your Risk To Reward Ratio will be undesirable, which will make it a FUTILE INVESTMENT at best and even worst, a very RISKY INVESTMENT.
